In the wake of the inevitable self-annihilation of the human race from the planet—the inexorable result of groups of people wishing to destroy one another when their belief systems collide and prove mutually incompatible, now facilitated more than ever by seemingly harmless but actually insidious social media sites—the birds shall inherit the Earth. Making homes for themselves on the biological, chemical, and radioactive debris left behind by hominids, the avians—who, by way of the Archaeopteryx, are in fact the sky-soaring descendents of the dinosaurs—will restore the reign of terribles lézards in a poetic, heavenly, and wing-spread fashion, with melodic strains of their songs replacing the meaningless prattle and demonic industrial noises of Man.
